Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac, has successfully reaccredited the Faculty in 2013 as an independent  institution of higher learning. The reaccreditation of the existing study programs of Mechanical Engineering (three-year bachelors, two-year masters and three-year doctorate academic studies), as well as the accreditation of new study programs Automotive Engineering (three-year bachelors, two-year masters) and Urban Engineering (four-year bachelors).

In the ongoing 2013-14 school year, 18 masters students have decided to enroll in the module for Mechanical Constructions and Mechanization which has been reconstructed within the TEMPUS project  "Improvement of Product Development Studies in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina – IPROD" by introducing 4 new subjects in the field of product development as well as a content change in other subjects. Actually more than 50% of master module curriculum and teaching content was changed so in essence a new master module was formed. The gallery from this event can be found here.
